Council

Council composition

The Design Council is a decentralized autonomous organization governance body, mainly responsible for promoting the COINDAO network activity and technology development, proposal adjustment, community management and operation, ecological construction, etc. Its basic functions are:

• Monitoring management nodes and maintaining the entire miner network;

• Allocation of resources, division of responsibilities and rights;

• Reward and punishment mechanism;

• Future development and planning governance direction;

Council's Responsibilities

The Council shall have the following powers and responsibilities:

✓ Hearing and reviewing expert advisor opinions and community opinions;

✓ Vote on general matters such as community opinions and COINDAO development direction;

✓ Voting on important matters.

Scope of major matters

The major matters mentioned by the board of directors shall include the following matters:

✓ Develop major changes;

✓ Relevant management organization setup matters;

✓ Propose corresponding incentive schemes;

✓ The establishment of the basic system of the relevant management institutions;

✓ Other matters determined as major matters are approved by more than two-thirds of all directors of the council.
