HALO underlying infrastructure-privacy platform
HALO provides unlimited scalability and privacy through layer2 of ZK-Rollup technology. It provides high-performance anonymous transactions for token holders on multiple chains, and transactions in HALO do not require any gas fees.
HALO adopts the cryptographic proof of the ZK-PLONK protocol to prove that the post-state root is the correct result of executing the batch. Proofs can be verified on-chain very quickly, regardless of the amount of computation. Moreover, the trusted setup of the HALO protocol is more flexible and efficient in a variety of application scenarios without sacrificing security. At the same time, we are free to upgrade and iterate the protocol at any time. From the user's point of view, they will experience a great sense of convenience and security.

First of all, HALO developers do not have access to user funds, which is very clear on Github. Second, the HALO protocol employs a multi-signature mechanism, which means that when changes are made to the protocol, there will be a voting-like process. Third, the HALO protocol is time-bound, and any changes will be delayed for 48 hours and seen on-chain.
The team will actually implement and create real-world blockchain applications with optional privacy.
